Niyati has almost a decade of experience in financial services where she has led early-stage investments, fundraise, advisory, and managed portfolio companies. Prior to joining DSG Consumer Partners, she was Associate Director at Northern Arc Capital where she managed and advised multiple BFSI and consumer-finance investments. Prior to this, she worked with Morgan Stanley and IIFL Wealth where she was engaged in sourcing transactions, investor relations, fundraising, and investing in new deals along with actively managing portfolio companies.

Niyati is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has pursued her undergraduation at Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
