Ugaoo took shape from the ideas of Siddhant Bhalinge, CEO, after he returned from Cal State University with a post-grad degree in Landscape Architecture. Armed with a brim-full of international experience and ideas, he started Ugaoo under the guidance of his 130-year old family company Namdeo Umaji Agritech. 

Siddhant, given his background, is very aware of the possibilities in the field of indoor gardening and urban farming and the everlasting positive impact it brings to our lives. Ugaoo is devoted to cultivating a community of gardeners who are as passionate about gardening and hand holding those who are not yet fully convinced, to dive deep into the green world with them.
